HK503 is a high-sensitivity unipolar Hall chip based on BCDMOS switch chip design technology. The chip includes temperature compensation, comparator, and output driver. This series of chip sensors is suitable for industrial and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40 ℃ to 150 ℃ and a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V.
