Railway Current Sensor - High Precision - [Vickers] -55 ℃ Low Temperature Reliable Operation

We know that China's high-speed rail development is particularly fast, and railway application is a product with high energy consumption. SoRailway current sensorIt is a basic requirement for a wide range of electronic applications, and typical applications of common current sensing include:

• Battery life indicator and charger • Overcurrent protection and monitoring circuit • Current and voltage regulator • DC/DC converter • Ground fault detector铁路电流传感器

• Linear and switching power supplies • Proportional solenoid valve control, linear or PWM • Medical diagnostic equipment • Handheld communication devices • Automotive power electronics • Motor speed control and overload protection

The concept and basic principles of current sensing circuits mainly include current sensing resistors and current sensing technology. Some typical high-voltage side current sensing implementation methods have their own unique advantages and disadvantages. If other current sensing requirements exceed the scope of this product description, we will subsequently provide 1v1 instructions for your application.

A current sensor is a device that detects current and converts it into an easily measurable output voltage, which is proportional to the path passing through the measured current. There are multiple sensors there, each suitable for a specific current range and environmental conditions. No sensor is suitable for all applications. Among these sensors, current sensing resistors are the most commonly used. It can be seen as a current voltage converter, inserting a resistor in the current path, and converting the current into voltage in a linear manner of V=I × R. The main advantages and disadvantages of current sensing resistors include:

a) Advantages:

-Low cost

-High measurement accuracy

-The measurable current range ranges from extremely low to medium

-The ability to measure direct current or alternating current

b) Disadvantages:

-Introducing additional resistors into the tested circuit path may increase the source output resistance, leading to adverse load effects

-Power consumption P=I2 × R, therefore current sensing resistors are rarely used for applications other than low and medium current sensing.
