High voltage SSPC - high arc breaking capacity - life extended by 4 times - [Vickers]
Why do all electric aircraft need to useHigh voltage SSPC58彩票What about using modules for power distribution systems? Let's use a set of pictures to illustrate the power of high-voltage arc at the moment of interruption:
This image is a laboratory photo taken at sea level. We can imagine that the damage caused by such a large arc in a low-pressure environment when the aircraft is flying at high altitude will be difficult to estimate.
58彩票If the aircraft voltage reaches 270V, coupled with the altitude and vibration environment in which the aircraft is originally located, the negative impact of the arc will be even more severe. With the same voltage and altitude, the air will become thinner, making it more difficult to break the arc. The duration of the arc will be longer, and the damage to the contact mechanism will be greater. For example, the welding of contacts between contactors and circuit breakers, as well as the scrapping of mechanisms, are becoming increasingly serious and frequent.
In order to reduce the difficulty of extinguishing high-voltage arcs, only solid-state mechanisms are used. Our products have been widely used in aircraft high-voltage circuit environments:
Primary distribution busbar distribution
- High voltage direct current (270V)
- High current (target: 300A)
