This micro Hall sensor has a temperature compensated Hall board (with chopper offset compensation), A/D converter, digital signal processing, push-pull output, EEPROM memory (with redundant and locking functions for calibration data and data register signals), EEPROM programming serial interface, and protection devices on all pins. HAL 82x can be programmed by adjusting the power supply voltage. No additional programming pins are required. Internal digital signal processing is a great benefit as analog offset, temperature offset, and mechanical stress do not reduce the accuracy of the sensor.
